DOOR LATCHING MECHANISM FOR ROLL-UP DOORS

ABSTRACTLocking latch device for use with roll-up doors ontrucks and tractor-trailer vehicles which will automaticallylatch when closing the door and which can only be opened after apendulous latch member is set to an unlatching position by theuse of a release member. A locking device is provided to renderthe latching mechanism inoperable to prevent unauthorized openingof the roll-up door.
