摘要

A monoclonal antibody which can specifically recognize a specified structural part of a cardiac glycoside. It recognizes in the structure of the glycoside itself or the steroid as the aglycon a unitary structure common to potassium ion concentration antagonistic Na+, K+-ATPase inhibitors comprising cardiac glycosides, said common structure including a D ring fused to a C ring in cis form, a methyl group bonded to C-13 in β configuration, a hydroxyl group bonded to C-14 in β configuration, and an α, β-unsaturated lactone group bonded to C-17 in β configuration. This antibody is useful in the assay, recovery and purification, search and selection, ect., of cardiac glycosides.
