The nailing system for the treatment of fractures based around the cervico subtrochanteric and intertrochanteric kind is characterized in that it comprises a main nail (1) arranged to be fixed in the bone's head and several secondary nails (2) , the upper end of the main nail (1) in particular, is bent tailored to be angularly positioned in alignment with the center of the collar, while the second studs (2) are bent, in a variable manner, to be flush or more least the upper and lower cortical of said neck.
