A torsional vibration damper with a pulley for a transmission belt

A damper (10) for damping torsional vibrations includes an annular vibration-damping mass (12-12b) connected, with the interposition of a ring of elastomeric material (16), to the periphery of a cup-shaped flange (12). The flange is fixed coaxially and firmly to the end face of a pulley (18) which is also cup-shaped to receive a transmission belt.
