The use of propiophenone derivatives of the general Formula (I) CHEM is described, wherein R1, R2 and R3, which may be the same or different, each independently represents hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl- or halogeno-lower-alkyl group having a straight or branched carbon chain, a lower-alkoxy group or a cycloalkyl group having 3-8 carbon atoms, two of which R1, R2, and R3 groups may combine to form methylenedioxy or ethyleneoxy, R4 represents hydrogen or a lower-alkyl group having a straight or branched carbon chain, and A represents pyrrolidinyl-, piperidinyl-, morpholinyl-, or azepinyl or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, for the manufacture of a medicament for treatment of frequency urination.
