The training appts. has a steel frame resting on the ground and provided with a front element for supporting the feet and a rear element to which are fastened the bottom ends of sticks arranged for articulated movement and simulating ski sticks. This rear element can comprise a tube (9a) wherein a guide tube (d1) is fixed in the middle at right angles. The front frame element can comprise a support tube (e) wherein a slide tube (d2) is fixed underneath in the middle at right angles. USE - For strengthening the muscles of the arms and upper body for cross-country skiers.
