The telecommunications device includes a user facility as well as a network interface for transmitting a signal to an exchange point and for receiving a signal from the exchange. The network interface is structured as part of a connection device which authorises data transmission between the user facility and a transmit-receiver part of a mobile telephone which is connected via a radio link to a communications network, and in the region from the user facility terminals facing the network interface it is made reproducible.
