Safety shoe with insole as foot support - has auxiliary insole with holes in it, and sprayed tread sole

The method produces a safety shoe (1) which pref. has an insole (6) with a bed for the foot having the insole (6) fixed beneath a last. A shoe-upper (4) which has an auxiliary insole (2) with holes (5) in, is pulled over the last and the fixed insole (6) pulled in. The tread sole (7) is then sprayed. The tread sole (7) material and the auxiliary insole (2) are firmly joined by means of the holes in the auxiliary insole (2). ADVANTAGE - The safety shoe has a firmly inserted insole and room underneath the protective cap.
