PURPOSE:To suppress the rotary pulsation at the time of trawling and improve the riding comfort by providing the apparatus with trawling decision means for deciding whether or not the internal combustion engine is in a state of trawling and with pressure stabilizing means for stabilizing the pressure by increasing the averaging constant when the engine is in a state of trawling. CONSTITUTION:A pressure detector 8 detects the pressure of an intake manifold corresponding to the load of an internal combustion engine and a pressure signal P is inputted into a control circuit 6. The control circuit 6 includes a microcomputer 62, which incudes trawling decision means for deciding, on the basis of the number of revolutions R and a gear position G, whether or not the internal combustion engine is in a condition of trawling, and pressure stabilizing means for increasing an averaging constant and stabilizing the pressure when the engine is in a condition of trawling. When such a condition is detected, the averaging constant for stabilization of the pressure is increased to improve the riding comfort.
