PURPOSE: To obtain a titled device for gathering folds in a longer hose part while preventing a gathering folds tube and a tool from being broken by supporting the gathering folds tube by means of a specific centering bearing capable of running the gathering folds tube together with them to the shaft direction. ;CONSTITUTION: Gathering folds tubes 10 and 12 are supported by a centering bearing 50 capable of running to the shaft direction together with them in a center area or an end part area.
