摘要

PURPOSE: To irradiate the high-intensity synchrotron emission light in a wide- range area in a synchrotron emission light generator generating the synchrotron emission light by deflecting the orbits of electrons. ;CONSTITUTION: A deflection section 11 is constituted of a helical undulator 11 and a deflecting electromagnet 11b, and electrons (e) are spirally moved by the helical undulator 11a and deflected by the deflecting electromagnet 11b to obtain the synchrotron emission light L.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
