PURPOSE: To impose a charge for the transmission reception of a facsimile equipment in addition to a telephone charge by providing a utility charge count means counting the charge depending on a measured time and a rate in response to an identified communication equipment to the device. ;CONSTITUTION: A facsimile utility charge or the like is printed out by a printer 8 operated by a key operation through a utilized charge count means 7 counting a charge from an output of a measurement means 6 based on the identification of a communication equipment, a rate in response to the transmission or reception and the operating time. For example, when a signal is sent from the facsimile equipment, it is detected by a detection identification means 5, the time from the start to the end is measured by the measurement means 6, the utility charge is counted by the utilized charge count means 7 in a rate of facsimile transmission and the result is printed out of the printer 8 on each occasion or by the key operation in the lump. Thus, the facsimile utilized charge is requested to the user in addition to the telephone utilizing charge.
