PURPOSE: To lubricate a hydraulic clutch and the like surely by arranging a relief valve so as to guide drain oil for hydraulic clutch type gear mechanism to the upper part of a hydraulic clutch shaft comprising a hydraulic clutch type gear mechanism for blowing in to a transmission case. ;CONSTITUTION: In a device mounting pivotally the first - the forth speed hydraulic clutches 26-29 to a hydraulic clutch shaft 66 in a transmission case and selectively connecting a hydraulic clutches 26-29 so as to obtain the speed required, a main speed change valve controlling respective hydraulic clutches 26-29, forward and backward change valves controlling the hydraulic clutches of the forward and backward speed change mechanism, and a relief valve 5 collecting return oil from the respective hydraulic clutches 26-29 and drain oil for spraying into mist, are arranged on the upper part of the hydraulic clutch shaft 66. Namely the relief valve 5 is arranged above a bearing oil path plate 6 fixed in front face of a center plate 7 and above a bearing 6a supporting the hydraulic clutch shaft 66.
