CONSTITUTION:In setting the charging order of different kinds of product in the case of the mixed production of electronic apparatus, a production program ratio is first obtained by dividing the subtotal of every different kind of a product by the total of products. In addition, an appearance ratio is obtained by dividing the number of charges up to the last charge by a value added at every setting, and further tact time functioning as time necessary for production per product is obtained, and a time difference between the tact time and working time per head for every product is calculated. The practical appearance ratio and the production program ratio are then mutually compared to select a product having the appearance ratio being smaller than the production program ratio, and in the case of the existence of two kinds of more of products conforming to the above condition, the product being smaller in the time difference from the tact time is selected.
