PURPOSE: To produce a surface-treated steel sheet to be adequately coated with an org. resin requiring strict workable adhesion and workable corrosion resistance by applying a specified aq. acidic soln. on the surface of a steel sheet plated with tin or plated with tin and then with nickel. ;CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet is plated with tin or plated with tin and then with a small amt. of nickel, and then an aq. acidic soln. of one or ≥2 kinds of the compds. contg. a halogen group or a carboxyl group is applied on the plated sheet and dried as such.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
