PURPOSE: To enable easy evaluation of the bonding strength of a resin lining layer by a method wherein the resin lining layer is formed after a primer layer having a composition wherein a pigment is removed from a primer is provided beforehand inside a casting outer frame, and thereafter a shearing force is applied to an impulse member and the casting outer frame. ;CONSTITUTION: An impulse member provided with a primer layer 2 containing a pigment and a casting outer frame provided with a primer layer 5 not containing the pigment are manufactured. Thereafter resin lining layers 3 are formed in clearances between these two members combined with each other by a method wherein a composition composed of an ω-lactam liquid substance, a polymerization catalyst and a polymerization initiator is injected into the clearance and polymerized and cured, a so-called monomer casting method. When a shearing force is applied by drawing out the impulse member from the casting outer frame, exfoliation occurs on the bonded surface of the primer layer 2 containing the pigment. Measuring a shear strength at this time means, therefore, measuring the bonding strength of the resin lining layer 3 to the impulse member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
