摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a non-reducing dielectric ceramic composition sinterable at a low temperature (=1080 deg.C) and free from the deterioration of electrical properties even by baking in a reducing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The objective non-reducing dielectric ceramic composition is produced by compounding a main component expressed by general formula A(Bi2O3.BTiO2)+(100-A-C) {(Sr100-X-YPbXCaY) (Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3} +CPbTiO3 ((A), (B), (C), (X) and (Y) are expressed by mol%; 0=A=10; 0.8=B=8; 0=C=20; 10=X=100; 0=Y=90) with 0.1-30wt.% of a subsidiary component expressed by general formula aLi2O+bRO+cB2O3+(100-a-b-c)SiO2 (R is one or more elements selected from Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba; (a), (b) and (c) are expressed by mol%; 0=ah20; 10=b=55; 0=c#40) and 0.01-0.5wt.% of MnO2.
