PURPOSE: To straighten bend while preventing the generation of flaws and impact to guides by smoothly guiding the rear end part of a bent material to be rolled. ;CONSTITUTION: The pressure of hydraulic oil to a driving cylinder 4 is set at two high and low steps or more with a relief valve 15 and pressure tank 17, the high pressure side is taken as pressure that bends can be straightened, the low side is taken as necessary pressure for guiding. And also the guides are made so that they are opened in accordance with increase of supporting reaction force Z, high pressure is used in the steady part of the material to be rolled and guiding is executed by minimizing clearance between the material to be rolled and the guide. Pressure is switched to low pressure with a valve 16 in the unsteady part of the rear end and, after that, when increase of opening degree of guide is in excess of allowance, guiding is done by making so that pressure is switched to high pressure again.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
