PURPOSE:To repeat heating and temperature measurement and to measure the temperature of a specific thermosensitive element accurately by making the timing of the heating of the thermosensitive element different from the timing of the temperature measurement of the element. CONSTITUTION:Platinum 12 is patterned and printed on a base 11 of ceramic, etc., and lead wires 13 and 14 are connected to an end part of the platinum 12 to form the temperature sensing element 10. A temperature measuring circuit 12 is connected to the lead wire 13 of this element 10 through diodes 31 and 32 and a temperature control circuit 22 is connected to the lead wire 14 through diodes 33 and 34. The control circuit 22 is supplied with AC electric power from an AC power source 19 and the platinum 12 of the element 10 is heated at the positive timing of a half cycle of the AC electric power. Further, the measuring circuit 21 is connected to the control circuit 22 to control the measuring circuit 21 at the negative timing of a half cycle of the AC electric power, and the temperature of the element 10 is measured at the timing to repeat heating and temperature measurement, so that the measurement results are displayed accurately on a display device 23.
