Novel pharmaceutical use for the compounds (Nva)²-and dihydro-(Val)^2-Cyclosporine, in particular their use in the treatment of autoimmune diseases selected from the group- consisting of:a) Uveitis; b) Juvenile diabetes type 1, c) Myasthenia gravis, d) Multiple sclerosis, e) Systemic lupus erythematosus, f) Haemolytic anaemia, and g) Glomerulonephritis.
