Describes a method for making objects foamed innerspring (20) from a reaction mixture containing diphenylmethane diisocyanate, which can be foamed and form flexible foam layers (22, 24). Said method comprises preparing said foamable reaction mixture, spraying said mixture onto a tray (10), placing the inner spring element (26) in the container containing said foaming reaction mixture and allowing said mixture to swell to form a foam that adheres at least partly to the inner spring member. The subject method is particularly suited to continuous manufacturing routing. Also disclosed is a new object foamed innerspring.
