摘要

An arrangement for electrostatic environmental conditioning to increase the quantity of negative ions characterised in that the arrangement includes means to introduce a pre-determined level of d.c. electrical energy to the live tissues of a living plant such that electrons are discharged from the surface body of the plant into the ambient atmosphere.
