PURPOSE:To use strength characteristic of ground as much as possible by rotating, pressing and fitting a searching pile to a ground, designing a main pile based on this and rotating and pressing and fitting the main pile to the ground according to a similar method. CONSTITUTION:A searching pile 1 is constituted of a pile body 2 made of steel and the like having an end fitting 3 fixed which is provided with a nozzle hole 4 and a cutter 5. A main pipe 11 is constituted of a pile member 12 made of concrete or steel which has an end fitting 13 and a hollow rod 14 inserted therein whose lower end is connected to the upper part of the fitting 13. When the searching pile 1 is rotated, pressed and fitted, pressure fluid is injected from the nozzle hole 4. In the process, the respective conditions of ground are measured and recorded, by an automatic measuring and recording device. The main pile 11 is designed based on this search result and the construction and management is performed by comparing with data from the searching pile 1 by the automatic measuring device in a process for rotating and pressing and fitting it.
