PURPOSE:To obtain a cooking container, designed to vacuum package a food in the first container and then vacuum package the resultant package together with a heat conductive liquid in the second container, readily portable and handleable and capable of homogeneously heating the food without breaking thereof. CONSTITUTION:A food 2 to be cooked is initially vacuum packaged in the first container 1 having heat and cold resistance and air- and watertightness. The resultant first container 1, together with a heat conductive liquid (preferably water, etc.), is subsequently housed in the second heat-resistant container 3, vacuum packaged and then subjected to heating treatment. Thereby, cooking is carried out.
