PURPOSE: To widen uses of OKIUTO (food obtained by blending Campylaephora hypnaeides as a main ingredient and smoking the blend) as a natural food to other eating methods without limiting to only conventional eating method of the food as desert. ;CONSTITUTION: This Japanese-style confection includes inner contents such as candy or fruit in the interior of outer packing body containing OKIUTO as a main raw material. The confection is prepared by heating and dissolving OKIUTO which is a raw material, adding a prescribed amount of sugar content thereto, casting the solution into a mold and solidifying the solution to jelly and putting inner contents such as candy or fruit therein, fully casting OKIUTO to which sugar content is added into the mold and cooling the material. Thereby, the OKIUTO can be applied as an outer packing body without impairing taste of the inner contents of the candy, etc., and uses of OKIUTO as the Japanese-style confection can be widened.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
