CONTINUOUS TYPE SURFACE TREATMENT WITH INLINED CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATING MACHINE AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To prevent the carry over of an excess liquid to the ensuing stage by rotating heat exchangers to drain the liquid therefrom and moving hangers to reset the heat exchangers from a sub-conveyor to an original main conveyor. ;CONSTITUTION: A continuous conveyor device 10 of a power and free system having the main conveyor 11 and the sub-conveyor 12 is prepd. The hanger 15 hanging the work W which is the aluminum heat exchanger is transferred to the main conveyor 11 to the sub-conveyor 12 and is then stopped in a prescribed position. While the aluminum heat exchanger (work) W is rotated, the heat exchanger is subjected to liquid draining by a centrifugal sepn. system. The hanger 15 is thereafter moved to reset the heat exchanger from the sub- conveyor 12 to the original main conveyor 11.
