PURPOSE: To prevent water leakage by allowing the dew condensation produced on the reverse surface of a glass to flow down along a flow-down groove, suppressing the flow-down by a dew condensation water weir plate, and discharging the water outside through the flow-down passage of a joint sleeve when the water level rises. ;CONSTITUTION: The condensed dew produced on the reverse surface of a glass plate 4 is allowed to flow down along the reverse surface of the glass plate 4, and the condensed dew collides with the reverse surface watertight members 5 and 5' and flows down into the flow-down grooves 8 and 8'. When the condensed dew flows down in the form of a water stream along the flow-down grooves 8 and 8', the flow down is suppressed by the condensed dew water weir plates 9 and 9', and as the water level rises, water intrudes onto a bottom plate 3 between the supporting plates 7 and 7' from the dew condensation water introducing ports 10 and 10'.
