METHOD FOR IMPROVING EFFICIENCY OF NI BASE ELECTROPLATING

摘要

PURPOSE: To attain high efficiency of Ni base electroplating by adding polyphosphoric acid incorporating specific pieces of P in the one molecule, in Ni base electroplating for a metallic material. ;CONSTITUTION: When Ni base electroplating is performed on a metallic material, the polyphosphoric acid incorporating ≥6 pieces P in the one molecule and/or polyphosphate (Na hexametaphosphate, etc.) are added into the plating bath. Thus the productivity of Ni base plating is enhanced and the quality of the plated layer is improved and besides the cost down is contrived.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
