The present invention relates to a Zn-Ni electroplated steel sheet excellent in corrosion resistance and workability, and a method of manufacturing the same. An embodiment of the present invention provides a Zn-Ni electroplated steel sheet excellent in corrosion resistance and workability and a method of manufacturing the same including: a base steel sheet; and a Zn-Ni plating layer formed on the base steel sheet, wherein the degree of Ni alloying in the Zn-Ni plating layer is 7.5 to 14% and the Ni content is 40 to 50 atomic% in the region within one micrometer in the Zn-Ni plating layer direction from the interface between the base steel sheet and the Zn-Ni plating layer. The Zn-Ni electroplated steel sheet according to the present invention is excellent in corrosion resistance and workability in spite of a relatively low degree of nickel alloying. In addition, price competitiveness is excellent as compared with existing Zn-Ni coated steel sheets and double-layer coated steel sheets. Furthermore, a high level of productivity can be ensured.
