PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of wrinkle and adhesion failure by bonding a heater, which is extended in the bulb axial direction, to the inside surface or the outside surface of the bending of a bulb. The heater 10 is made of stainless thin plate, to which the chemical marking is performed to have a predetermined pattern, and formed straight along the side surface of the film 15. The heater 10 is bonded to the outer surface of the tube 1 along the inner side surface of bending of the bulb 1. The heater 10 has a width at about 0.5mm, and the inside surface of the heater 10 is coated with the adhesive agent, and directly adhered to the surface of the bulb 1, and the outer surface of the heater 10 is coated with the resin film 15. With this structure, the generation of wrinkle and floating of a heater in a bend type bulb to adhere the heater securely.
