STATOR COIL WINDING CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF BRUSHLESS MOTOR

PURPOSE: To obtain a stator coil winding connection structure inexpensively without requiring other parts such as a lead wire, bend of a pin etc., by wrapping the end of a stator coil winding around a conductive pin and then performing soldering simultaneously with a circuit land. ;CONSTITUTION: After a motor printed-circuit board 10 is first fixed to a motor frame 19 with a printed-circuit board fixing screw 20, aligment is made so that a conductive pin 5 of a stator 1 can be inserted into a conductive wire pin insertion hole and then the stator 1 is adhered and fixed to the motor frame 19 with an adhesive. Then, by simultaneously soldering the end part of a stator coil winding 3 wrapped around the conductive pin 5 and an area between circuit lands in this state, the stator coil winding 3 and the circuit of the motor printed- circuit board 10 are electrically connected, thus electrically connecting the stator coil winding 3 and the circuit land 14 of the motor printed circuit board 10 via the conductive pin 5 without any need for a particular lead wire and further without bending the conductive pin 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
