A brushless coreless disk permanent magnetic motor and a stator winding structure therein, the stator winding structure comprising two groups of unit coil sets (1) which are staggered in included angle and are laminated downwardly in sequence along a clockwise direction to form a sealing annular structure. Each of the unit coil sets comprises three coils (11, 12, 13) that are staggered in included angle and are laminated upwardly in sequence along the clockwise direction. Each of the coils comprises one pair or more than one pair of magnet strafing edges (2), and internal/external invalid edges (111,112,121,122,131,132) connected to inner and outer end parts of the magnet strafing edges. The magnet strafing edges of each of the coils are arranged radially and circumferentially to form a toroidal surface, and all the magnet strafing edges in the coils are located in the same plane and are consistent in height. The internal/external invalid edges of each of the coils are laminated mutually to form internal/external superimposition parts of a lower bump. The stator winding structure has high slot fullness of coils, a high utilization rate of an electromagnetic field, high efficiency of the motor and low heat productivity of a motor stator.
