The rectangular window in each frame portion has a glass pane cover with the frame assembled. At least one glass pane is secured at its frame portion by fasteners gripping over the side edges and the surface. The secured top glass pane (22) is positionally and in width larger than the bottom glass pane (26). The glass pane dimensions are such that the fasteners (44,46) lie outside the surface of the bottom glass pane, with the frame assembled. Pref. the top glass pane is fixed.
