The plastics blocks (2) are distributed over the length of the rail (1) between the latter and the track bed. They are releasably coupled both to the rail and the track bed by individual anchors. Pref. each plastics block is a massive, rectangular body, mounted transversely to the rail longitudinal direction. The body underside has two integral, side flanges (3,4). From the body top side are formed vertical bores (6-11) through both flanges for inserting anchoring bolts. The body top, transverse edges (12-14) are chamfered, as are those of the flanges.
