The device has an anchorage in a support structure and spring-loaded fixing of the rail foot via a lateral guidance plate and a screw passing through a spring, on an elastic base on the structure. An anchoring unit is located on either side if the rail foot (3). The unit consists of a plastic sleeve (10) integrated into the support structure (9), with screw bolt (8) having a projecting threaded end. A stack of plastic plates (4-7) between structure and rail foot is wider than foot and associated fastening (71). The top plate (7) is a rail foot support, at least one plate (5) is elastic and restorable for pre-defined rail foot lowering, and all plates have passages for the threaded screw bolt end, which has a nut fixed to it. The anchoring unit is cast into concrete (9). All components are contained within a modular construction set.
