Device for measuring a torque on a rotating shaft (1) which has two magnetic field generators (26a, 26b) located symmetrically in the plane of a cross section of said shaft (1) and two detector members (27a, 27b) of the magnetic field immobilized in the plane of a cross section of said shaft and in which said detector members (27a, 27b) deliver a signal proportional to the torque as a result of the relative angular offset of the field generators with respect to the detector members , characterized in that the magnetic field generators (26a, 26b) have a magnetized structure with antiparallel magnetization directions and are supported by a first disc (12) integral with the rotating shaft (1) and arranged at the end of a hub (10) surrounding said shaft (1) and carrying a bearing (18) for mounting the hub (20) of a second disc (21) axially offset on which the detectors are rigidly fixed s (27a, 27b) of the magnetic field.
