PURPOSE:To sharply improve the safety by providing a container cover part formed such that a filler having elasticity is located between an inner cover secured to the opening part of a container and an upper cover, a charge hole for charging medical waste formed in the cover part, and rotary covers to open and close the charge hole. CONSTITUTION:Semicircular rotary covers 6 and 6' are rotated in a state to join together two knobs 13 and 13' to open charge holes 5 and 5', and medical waste is charged. Medical waste except injection needles, e.g. gauze, absorbent cotton, injectors, is charged through a large opening part 18, and injection needles are contained in a container through a small long hole 18' in a state to be separated. When a container is full of medical waste, the upper end of the container is covered with a cover 23 made of plastic to convey the container to an incinerator. Thereafter, when it is charged in a 2-stage combustion complete odorless smoke type incinerator as it is, the cover 23 made of plastic is burnt, a filler 9 is burnt or molten. Since airtightness of an opening is rendered ineffective, liquid in the container is vaporized and combustible steam is burnt.
