PURPOSE:To provide a sealing part of a package bag and a sector folding part on one stage eliminating a transfer process to improve operation efficiency by a method wherein the sealing part is retreated to a position where it does not spatially interfere a pair of bellows-like belt body when it approaches to form a fold part. CONSTITUTION:At the time of sealing, sealing members 10a, 10b proceed toward an operator, while an upper bellows-like belt body 31 stops at a position when it has been swung upward, a moving cylinder 18 operates after sealing, and the sealing members 10a, 10b move to a position where they have retreated from the bellows-like belt body 31 and stop. In this state, an opening/closing cylinder 50 is operated to have a vertically moving arm 52 swung so that the upper and lower bellows-like belt bodies 31 interpose a package bag to fit it vertically. Then, a cylinder 40 is operated and the upper and lower bellows- like belt bodies 31 fold the bag in a wave shape as well as apply pressure from both sides to have it compressed to form a fold on the bag. By a tightening mechanism, the base of the fold is tightened. By relieving applied pressure of the bellows-like belt bodies 31 and taking out the bag, a sector shaped fold portion is formed.
