EXTRUSION-MOLDED CEMENT BOARD AND PARTITION WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE BOARD

PURPOSE: To eliminate joints required in the case when used as a partition wall by extrusion-molding a tapered board with both ends of a board in the direction alone the width of the board and burying the tapered area with putty. ;CONSTITUTION: An extrusion-molded cement board 1 has a tapered area provided with a plurality of recessed grooves 31 along the longitudinal direction on both front and rear surfaces. An adhesive is filled up on a recessed strip 4 of a subsequent extrusion-molded cement board 1 and fitted into a projected strip 3 of the extrusion molded cement board 1 vertically installed to a floor and a slab by way of a T type metal fitting. Then, with the T type metal fitting, the extrusion molded cement board 1 is mounted to the floor and the slab and connected, thereby forming a wall surface. The tapered area 30 on the front and rear surfaces of the wall are coated with alkali-proof primer and surface-treated with putty 40 for smooth and flush surface preparation. The whole front and rear surface of the cement board is face-coated with inorganic group plasma where they are pasted with an adhesive-coated vinyl-based cloth, thereby finishing a partition wall.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
