PRODUCTION DEVICE CONSISTING OF EXTRUDER AND CALENDER FOR MAKING PLATE AND/OR FOIL OF PLASTIC OR RUBBER MIXTURE

PURPOSE: To provide a combination apparatus of an extruder and a calender for producing a sheet and/or a foil from a plastic or rubber mixture capable of regulating the interval between the extrusion head of an extruder and the roll gap part of a calender without stopping the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: One of an extruder 2 and a calender 1 is arranged so that the position thereof is fixed in a horizontal direction and a connection means 10 is interposed between them. The connection means 10 precisely adjusts and changes the interval between the extruder 2 and the calender to change the interval between a molding die 9 and the rolls 3 of the calender 1 from the min. value wherein the molding die 9 is almost adjacent to the calender roll 3 with the roll gap of the calender 1 to the max. value.
