The invention relates to a system for fixing and supporting a series of blades 4, making up a single cutter, in machines for preparing ice-skating surfaces. A rigid bar consisting of a support plate 1 and a reinforcement plate 2 set at 90 degree to the former is supported by means of pins 3 on a sledge with runners which is towed by a tractor.
