When an atmospheric pressure difference is obtained to generate power by utilizing an atmospheric pressure, a high sound is generated and sway of air is vigorous. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain a large pressure difference and to put this method into practical application. However, the present invention uses a building, particularly a high-storied building, and sets a pressure tunnel at the center of the building in such a manner as to penetrate through the building. The periphery of the pressure tunnel can be encompassed by rooms constituting the building and divided in accordance with intended objects of use. In other words, the pressure tunnel is encompassed by extremely strong structural portions constituting each building, and silencing equipment can be installed in each room. Objects having universality (but not universal validity) from the aspect of constructional technology, and mutual supplementary relationship of a great number of objects constitute the concept of the present invention. In other words, the present invention has probability and possibility as an invention and moreover, contains expansibility. The wind pressure can be led from remote places.
