The vane damper of a blower includes a fixation part fixed by an air inflow entrance, a fixation ring and a number of shafts; an operation part constructed by a number of guide rollers, a rotating ring and a control arm; an air controlling part constructed by a bush and a wing; and a connection member connecting the air controlling part and the operation part, thereby curtailing about 10% of loss of electricity.
