Reagent 1: 10-methoxy -6- (4-methoxy -1, 1, 3- trioxo-2, 3-dihydrobenzothienyl - 7) -5-methyl -3,4,6,7- tetrahydro-5H- furo[4,3,2-Q][3]benzazoci- ne. Reagent 2: diazonium salt prepared from meta-aniline and sodium nitrite in aqueuos HCl.
