PLOUGH BODY FOR COMBINED PLOUGHING OF COMPACTED SOILS

FIELD: agricultural mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: plough body has post, plough share and mould-board. Additional left-side cutting plough share with salient, turned to upward, is mounted in plane of plough share location on side of its field cutting. Additional plough share is mounted by bolts with hidden heads on supporting member, one end of which is inserted in coaxial hole in fixing member and in stamped steel post of plough body, and is fixed by nut, screwed on its threading end from furrow side. The rest part of supporting member has arc-shaped form cross-section, meeting curvature of additional plough share and hole to fix it. Bolt-stopper with eccentric head to adjust additional plough share attack angle is mounted in body post hole under supporting member. Attack angle of additional plough share is set by turning bolt-stopper in the hole and it is equal to 15 -35 deg.. To be deepened in soil additional plough share has triangular form nose in its middle part. Plough share is located perpendicularly to post of body and provides width of catch equal to 4/5 of body plough share width of catch. EFFECT: plough body is used for main cultivation of soil. 3 dwg
