METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF EQUIVALENT NOISE TEMPERATURE OF AMPLIFIER INPUT

FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: levels P₁ and P₂ of power of noise signal within specified bandwidth are measured at output of measured amplifier with matched input and with supply of noise signal from reference amplifier to its input certified correspondingly for equivalent noise temperature of input and levels P₃ and P₄ of power of noise signal at output of mentioned reference amplitude are measured with matched input and supply of noise signal from output of measured amplifier to input of reference amplifier matched for input accordingly. Relation is determined in this case and noise temperature of measured amplifier is found from expression given in description of invention. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of determination. 1 dwg
