The blades (7) of the shutter are arranged behind a fan rotor (3) between a subdivided inner ring (11, 12) and an outer ring (9) bounded by a pivotal adjustment ring (17), in a concentric assembly around the axis (19) of the motor (23).The inner and outer rings are interconnected by a number of radial arms (10) lying in the plane of the blades. The air-flow can be constricted by tilting of the blades on their axes (16) between inner and outer pins (14, 15).
