Stable composition of the type of oil in water - -. & br / this composition consists of a cosmetic emulsion of oil-in-water type - to - water, consisting of an aqueous phase, of an oily phase and an emulsifying agent, characterized by the fact that the oily phase consists essentially of at least one silicone oil and that the emulsifying agent is a polyorganosiloxane polyoxyethylenated corresponding to the following formula: & br / (see appended drawing in bopi) & br / & & br / in which: & br / p is a number between 15 and 35, preferably between 20 and 30, & br / r is a number between 2 and 6 ≦ br / m is a number between 5 and 15, preferably between 8 and 12, & br / and p, r and m being such that the ratio of the molecular weight of the chain polyoxyethylene / silicon is about 50 / 50. & br / use in the cosmetic or dermatological field, particularly in the form of creams, milks or make-up products.
