STRUCTURE OF CLUTCH PLATE IN MULTIPLE DISK FRICTION CLUTCH

PURPOSE: To improve the cooling property of a clutch plate and the durability of a clutch facing by improving the structure of the clutch plate in a multiple disk friction clutch. ;CONSTITUTION: A drive plate of a clutch plate is composed of two ring-like plates 4A, 4B put together. The mating surfaces of both plates 4A, 4B are formed respectively with a plurality of grooves 5 extending between the outer and inner peripheral parts. By forming an oiling path made of a groove 5 between the mating surfaces of both plates 4A, 4B are improved the cooling property of the drive plate, the heat emitting performance in the drive plate and the durability of a clutch facing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
