ELECTROCONDUCTIVE LUBRICANT BY C-60 CARBON THIN FILM LAYER

摘要

PURPOSE: To keep and improve electric contact reliability of contact surface by directly applying C-60 carbon lubricant to a conventional metal contact surface face, facilitate ready recovery and regeneration of contact surface and realize long life of the contact surface by readily re-applying the lubricant to the contact surface. CONSTITUTION: This electroconductive lubricant is obtained by dissolving 0.1-2.0×1017 numbers/1cc C-60 carbon powder into a solvent, applying or jetting the solution to contact surface or immersing the contact surface into the solution and evaporating the solvent to readily form the thin film layer of C-60 carbon 10 at ordinary temperature.
